UAE/Dubai Based Web Hosting Policy
AEserver offers UAE - Dubai based physical servers for your hosting needs.
The ping (latency) for our UAE servers from etisalat network in the UAE is ~5 m/s and 15 m/s on Du network. This offers your website superior performance and SEO advantages.
Due to the vast difference in server costs between UAE and offshore hosting, every resource on the UAE based hosting is of increased cost and it is important for us to prevent abuse and unfair usage of our systems as this will affect other customers on the same server.
We have therefore introduced a fair usage policy for our UAE hosting that has the following "fair" limitations:
The fair usage applies to:
-Not using our services for file sharing and storing large amounts of data that are not a part of the customer's website. (i.e files that are not related to website visibility on the www).
-Uploading large .zip, iso, .dmg and .rar archives/backups (over 1 GB)
-Not using more than 2GB (2048MB) of disk space per email account. Any email account using in excess of 2GB of allocated space will be flagged for review and will be requested to be deleted in 48 hours.
-Not using more than 100GB of traffic per month on the domain name. An overage of AED 10 (US$2.73) per GB will apply.
If any customer is found violating the above policy, they will recieve a warning on a first occasion to clear the account. Any further abuse will result in account suspension and/or termination.
AEserver strives to offer the same quality of services to all the customers on our servers and hence having the fair usage policy is the integral part in having a stable and secure environment for all our customers.
