Registrar Lock

What is a Registrar Lock?
A registrar lock is an added security measure that prevents unauthorized transfer of domains.  Registrar Lock is enabled by default on your domains (except .ae and .qa)

**Kindly note that .ae and .qa domain names unlike the .com names DO NOT support the REGISTRAR LOCK feature.
Please disregard any notifications in your client area pertaining to that.

If it is not, you can do enable it by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your client area
  2. Go to Domains > My Domains > Active > Registrar Lock
  3. Click "Enable Registrar Lock"
