New Shared Hosting Plans FAQs

We have changed our shared hosting packages to a new simplified bundled and discounted plans. In this guide, you'll see the most common questions about the change and how it will affect existing customers. We will update this from time to time based on the questions we receive from you. If you can't find the answer to your questions, feel free to contact us via chat or ticket.

What is changing?

We have changed our shared hosting packages to a simplified, bundled and discounted approach. Instead of ordering a hosting plan, then ordering SSL after a few days then you realize that you need to order website builder and professional spam filter, you can benefit from selecting the package that comes with the bundled services with a better discount compared to ordering them one by one. Ordering add-ons will still be possible for add-ons that are not included in the packages

The new packages have the following email account size limitation per email address as per our fair usage policy:
500MB - Startup
1GB - Growth
10GB - Business

This applies to Offshore and Dubai Linux/Windows Hosting.

Why are you changing to new plans?

We hear your voice. This is commonly requested during the past few years using our contact form, survey and from our support team. We understand the convenience of ordering one package and nothing to worry later.

We have learned that our customers and website visitors are challenged to find the best and complete package based on their requirements this is why we come up with the new simplified and complete packages.

Can I stay in my old plan?

We'd love to make everything easier for everyone. The old plan will remain for the existing users however it will not be possible to order the old Plans anymore for a new subscription. The renewals will remain the same including the pricing.

Can I be migrated to one of the new plans?

Yes. You have the option to change from the old hosting Plans to the new hosting plans. This cannot be undone once it is completed.

Please check our terms of service in the link below:
Terms of Service

Will the price of my subscription change?

The pricing that will be followed is the renewal pricing of the new plans. New packages also have some offer that is applicable for the first period and not applicable for migrating from the old to the new plan.

Do I need data migration?

Yes. Changing from old plans to the new plans doesn't migrate existing website data and emails since new packages are being provisioned to a new server. You can start with a brand new hosting, migrate your data on your own or you can avail one-time migration service for USD 100 or AED 367 + 5% UAE VAT.

Can I migrate from Linux Europe Server plans to Linux Dubai server plans and vice versa?

Yes, to the new Linux Europe or Dubai server plans only. We'll need to do an assessment based on the current usage. The same migration fee above applies.

Can I change from Linux to Windows Hosting and vice versa?

Yes, to the new Windows or Linux plans only. This will mean that we will cancel the old hosting and generate a new one. A manual migration may be needed and it depends on the compatibility assessment. Websites running in Microsoft technologies like ASP and MSSQL will not work in Linux hosting whereas HTML, PHP and MySQL are supported on both server operating systems. The same migration fee above applies.
