What do I put for both incoming and outgoing mail server?

For both incoming and outgoing mail server, put :
mail.yourdomain.ae (replace with your actual domain)

If mail.yourdomain.ae is not working (perhaps because you recently changed your domain's DNS), then you can replace it with the IP address or the hostname of the server which you are on - this information can be found in the web hosting welcome email from us.

The incoming port number is 110. (Make sure you use IMAP - not POP3)
The outgoing port number is 25 or 26 (use 26 in countries where port 25 is blocked by the ISP - usually when travelling abroad in EU, US and Australia).

Do NOT use any secure SSL settings such as SSL/TLS unless you have a private SSL certificate purchased and installed on your account.

These settings are the same for your addon and parked domains (when you are checking email for them and need to set up your account in your email client).
