Private registration (ID protection/privacy) for .ae domains Print

  • 129

Private domain name registrations (also known as proxy registrations or ID/WHOIS protection) are not allowed in the .ae zone by the .ae domain administration (aeDA).

Unlike .com and many other generic tlds, the .ae whois displays only the name (and company name) and the email address of the registrant. No address, phone numbers, etc is available to the public.

Moreover the registration and expiry date of the domains are NOT shown in the public whois. If you own a .ae name and require to know this information, please login to your domain panel and check this information.

For .ae domain whois lookups, please visit this page: http://www.aeserver.com/who-is.php
