## Fair Usage Policy for Shared Hosting

AEserver enforces a fair usage policy on all shared Linux hosting packages to maintain a stable, high-performance environment for every customer. Any customer found abusing resources will receive a warning on the first violation; further infractions may result in immediate action, suspension, or termination.

### Prohibited Content & Large Uploads

⚠ Not Permitted

File sharing or storage of data unrelated to website functionality — including backups, large media archives, or files such as `.zip`, `.iso`, `.dmg`, or `.rar`.

- **Dubai clusters:** Individual file storage is limited to **1 GB**.
- **Offshore clusters:** Individual file storage is limited to **5 GB**.

### Email Storage & Sending Limits

- Accounts exceeding email storage limits are flagged and must reduce usage within **48 hours**.
- Shared hosting email services are designed for standard business communication — not for large-scale newsletter campaigns or bulk mailing. Over-usage will result in restrictive daily and monthly sending limits in line with our zero-spam policy.

### Reseller Account Caps

Offshore and Dubai reseller packages limit the number of cPanel accounts that can be created:
