Commission maturation
Commissions become available for withdrawal after 90 days. This confirms the order is active, paid, and not refunded, which protects both you and us from chargebacks and fraudulent signups.

What is the AEserver Affiliate Program?

It is a free program that pays you 15% commission on qualifying AEserver orders placed through your referral link, and it keeps paying that 15% on every renewal invoice, for the life of the account.
Do I need to be an AEserver customer to join?

No. You only need a platform to promote us on, such as a website, blog, social channel or podcast. Existing AEserver customers often join too, because they can refer clients and colleagues to a host they already use.
How much can I earn?

You earn 15% of every invoice your referral pays, including renewals. There is no cap on the number of referrals or on total commission, so earnings grow with how many customers you refer and how long they stay. Our top affiliates earn more than AED 10,000 a month.
How is the 5 year estimate calculated?

The calculator multiplies the accounts you expect to refer each month by your average annual order value, then pays 15% on every invoice those accounts ever pay. Each new year of orders is added to the accounts that are already renewing, adjusted by the renewal rate you set. It is an illustration, not a guarantee.
Which products earn commission?

Shared Web Hosting, AEserver Email Services, and Website Builder. Cloud and dedicated servers, colocation, and domain registrations do not earn commission.
Do domain names earn commission?

No. Domain registrations and renewals are excluded from the affiliate program.
Is the commission recurring?

Yes. Unlike one-time programs, you are paid on every renewal invoice for as long as the referred account stays active with us.
When can I withdraw my commission?

Each commission matures 90 days after the order is placed. Once matured, it moves to your available balance and can be withdrawn at any time. The 90 days confirm the order is active, paid, and not refunded.
How do I get paid?

By PayPal anywhere in the world, or by bank transfer for UAE-registered companies. Bank payouts require a valid UAE VAT tax invoice.
How do I track my referrals?

Your affiliate portal in the Client Area shows clicks, signups, conversions and their commission, commissions pending maturation, your available balance, and everything withdrawn to date.
