AEserver Affiliate Program: Earn 15% Commission by Referring Customers #

Recommend AEserver. Refer new customers. Earn commission.

The AEserver Affiliate Program allows customers, agencies, developers, web designers, consultants, content creators and business partners to earn commission by referring customers to AEserver using a unique affiliate referral link.

If you already recommend AEserver to your customers, business contacts or audience, the affiliate program gives you a simple way to track those referrals and earn commission on qualifying services.

Your AEserver Client Area provides a complete affiliate dashboard where you can monitor your referral activity, including clicks, signups, qualifying referrals, pending commissions, available commission balance and previous withdrawals.

Important: Affiliate commission is not available on every AEserver product. Please read the eligibility and payout conditions in this article carefully before promoting AEserver or requesting a withdrawal.

How the AEserver Affiliate Program Works #

Every affiliate receives a unique referral link connected to their AEserver account.

The general process is:

  1. Log in to your AEserver Client Area.
  2. Open the Affiliates section.
  3. Copy your unique affiliate referral URL.
  4. Share your affiliate link with potential customers.
  5. Visitors who follow your affiliate link are tracked by the affiliate system.
  6. When a tracked referral purchases an eligible AEserver service, the applicable affiliate commission is recorded.
  7. The commission remains pending for 90 days.
  8. After the 90-day maturation period, the commission becomes payable only if the referred service/account remains active and the other program conditions have been met.
  9. Once your available commission balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount shown in the portal, you can submit a Request Withdrawal.

Your AEserver Affiliate Dashboard #

The affiliate dashboard gives you an overview of your affiliate activity and earnings.

AEserver Affiliate dashboard showing clicks, signups, conversions, referral link, pending commissions, available balance and referral history

Example of the AEserver Affiliate dashboard inside the Client Area.

Depending on your account activity, the dashboard displays information including:

Clicks #

Shows activity generated through your unique affiliate referral link.

Signups #

Shows customer registrations attributed to your affiliate account.

Conversions #

Provides an indication of how your referrals are converting into AEserver customers.

This is the URL assigned specifically to your affiliate account.

A typical AEserver affiliate URL looks similar to:

https://my.aeserver.com/aff.php?aff=YOUR_AFFILIATE_ID

Your affiliate ID is unique to your account.

Always use the exact affiliate link displayed inside your Client Area.

Do not copy another affiliate’s link and do not remove or alter your affiliate ID.

Commissions Pending Maturation #

These are commissions which have been recorded but are still within the 90-day Affiliate Commission Delay.

Pending commission is not yet available for withdrawal.

Available Commissions Balance #

This represents commission which has completed the required maturation period and is currently available in your affiliate account, subject to the applicable payout requirements.

Total Amount Withdrawn #

This shows the historical total of affiliate withdrawals processed against your account.

Request Withdrawal #

Once your available balance meets the minimum withdrawal requirement displayed in the Client Area, the Request Withdrawal option becomes available.

Finding Your Unique AEserver Affiliate Link #

Your referral URL is also shown within the affiliate Link to Us section.

Copy the complete URL displayed there and use it whenever referring someone to AEserver.

The affiliate system relies on this unique URL to associate referral activity with your account.

Where Can I Use My AEserver Affiliate Link? #

Your affiliate link can be useful if you regularly recommend domain, hosting, email or website services to businesses.

For example, you may share your link through:

  • your website or blog;
  • web hosting or technology articles;
  • business resource pages;
  • tutorials and educational content;
  • social media;
  • newsletters;
  • videos and video descriptions;
  • customer resource pages;
  • web-development or digital-agency recommendations;
  • startup and entrepreneur communities;
  • business contacts who ask you for a hosting recommendation.

Affiliates should always represent AEserver and its services accurately and use referral links only through lawful and appropriate marketing channels.

Misleading advertising, impersonation, unsolicited spam or other deceptive promotional activity should not be used to generate affiliate referrals.

What Products Earn AEserver Affiliate Commission? #

The standard AEserver affiliate commission is 15% and applies only to the following eligible service categories:

Shared Web Hosting #

Qualifying AEserver shared web hosting services are commissionable under the affiliate program.

AEserver Email Services #

Qualifying AEserver email-service purchases are commissionable.

Website Builder #

Qualifying Website Builder purchases are commissionable.

Are Domain Names Eligible for Affiliate Commission? #

No.

AEserver does not pay affiliate commission on domain name registrations, renewals or other domain-related transactions.

This applies regardless of the domain extension being purchased.

For example, if a referred customer purchases a domain name together with an eligible hosting service, the existence of the domain purchase does not make the domain component commissionable.

Only the qualifying service component is eligible for affiliate commission.

What About Other AEserver Products? #

Unless expressly identified by AEserver as an affiliate-eligible product, products and services other than the three categories listed above do not qualify for the standard affiliate commission.

The three standard commissionable categories are:

  1. Shared Web Hosting
  2. AEserver Email Services
  3. Website Builder

Do not assume that a product is commissionable simply because it appears on the AEserver website or is included in the same customer order.

The commission recorded by the AEserver Affiliate Portal should be used to determine the actual commission associated with a qualifying referral.

Understanding the 90-Day Affiliate Commission Delay #

This is one of the most important parts of the AEserver Affiliate Program.

AEserver applies a:

90-day Affiliate Commission Delay

This means that a newly generated commission does not immediately become available for withdrawal.

Instead, it appears as Commission Pending Maturation.

The 90-day period allows the referred customer’s service to establish an active billing history before the affiliate commission becomes payable.

At the end of the maturation period, the referred service/account must still be active.

Example #

A qualifying hosting referral generates affiliate commission.

The commission will initially appear under:

Commissions Pending Maturation

It remains pending during the 90-day Affiliate Commission Delay.

After completion of the 90-day period, provided the referred service/account remains active and the commission meets the program requirements, it can move into:

Available Commissions Balance

Only available/matured commission can be considered for withdrawal.

An affiliate signup does not mean immediate payment #

A signup, purchase or commission appearing in your affiliate dashboard should therefore not be interpreted as money immediately due for payment.

There are two separate stages:

Pending Commission → 90-Day Maturation → Available Commission

Why Does AEserver Use a 90-Day Maturation Period? #

Affiliate commissions are designed to reward genuine, active customer referrals.

The maturation period helps distinguish established customer relationships from transactions where the underlying service does not remain active.

For this reason:

A commission is payable after the 90-day Affiliate Commission Delay only where the referred account/service remains active.

This condition applies regardless of the amount initially displayed under pending commissions.

How to Request an Affiliate Withdrawal #

Before requesting payment, log in to your AEserver Affiliate Portal and review your balances.

You will normally see:

Commissions Pending Maturation
These cannot yet be withdrawn.

Available Commissions Balance
These commissions have matured.

Total Amount Withdrawn
Previous affiliate payouts.

The Client Area also displays the minimum required withdrawal balance.

If your available commission has not yet reached that amount, the portal will advise you that a withdrawal cannot yet be requested.

Once eligible:

  1. Log in to the AEserver Client Area.
  2. Open Affiliates.
  3. Check your Available Commissions Balance.
  4. Confirm that the minimum withdrawal threshold has been reached.
  5. Click Request Withdrawal.
  6. Follow the payout instructions.
  7. Supply any payout or accounting documentation requested for your selected payout method.

AEserver Affiliate Payout Methods #

AEserver currently provides two affiliate payout methods, depending on the affiliate’s location and legal status.

Option 1: PayPal — Available Worldwide #

PayPal is available to AEserver affiliates regardless of their location.

This is the normal payout option for:

  • international affiliates;
  • individual affiliates;
  • affiliates who are not eligible for UAE business bank-transfer payouts; and
  • affiliates who prefer to receive their commission through PayPal.

When requesting a PayPal withdrawal, make sure the PayPal account information supplied to AEserver is correct.

AEserver cannot be responsible for payment problems caused by incorrect payout information supplied by the affiliate.

Use a PayPal account that you control and verify the details before submitting your withdrawal request.

Choosing PayPal as a payout method does not remove any personal or business tax obligations that may apply to the affiliate in their country of residence or establishment.

Option 2: UAE Bank Transfer #

Bank-transfer affiliate payouts have additional requirements.

AEserver bank-transfer payouts are available only to qualifying UAE-based affiliates operating through a legal/business entity that is able to issue the required valid UAE tax invoice.

Bank-transfer affiliate payouts are not available to individuals.

For a UAE bank-transfer payout, AEserver may require the affiliate to provide:

  • the legal name of the UAE business;
  • a valid tax invoice;
  • the company’s UAE business details;
  • applicable UAE VAT/TRN information;
  • beneficiary/business bank details; and
  • any additional documentation reasonably required by AEserver Finance to validate the payout.

The invoice and payout information should relate to the same business entity.

Important: Individuals Cannot Request UAE Bank-Transfer Affiliate Payouts #

If you participate in the AEserver Affiliate Program as an individual, the UAE bank-transfer option is not available.

You should use PayPal for your affiliate withdrawal.

Opening or holding a personal UAE bank account does not by itself make an affiliate eligible for AEserver’s business bank-transfer payout option.

A proper invoice in PDF format must be provided to AEserver when requesting the Payout.

UAE Companies: A Proper Tax Invoice Is Required for Bank Payouts #

Simply sending AEserver a document titled “invoice” is not sufficient.

For a UAE business bank-transfer payout, AEserver requires an invoice that satisfies the applicable UAE tax-invoice requirements.

Under the UAE VAT Executive Regulation, a full tax invoice must contain prescribed information including the words Tax Invoice, supplier information and TRN, recipient information, a sequential invoice number, dates, description of the supply, applicable amounts and VAT details.

UAE VAT is currently imposed at a standard rate of 5% on standard-rated taxable supplies. Affiliates should only charge VAT when they are legally entitled and required to do so.

What Must a UAE VAT Tax Invoice Include? #

For UAE bank-transfer affiliate payouts, your tax invoice should be a proper business document.

1. The words “Tax Invoice” #

The document should clearly state:

TAX INVOICE

A quotation, payment request, statement or pro-forma document should not be submitted in place of the required tax invoice.

Use the exact legal name under which your UAE business operates.

Do not use only:

  • your personal name;
  • an informal trading name;
  • your website name; or
  • a social-media name

where these differ from the business legally issuing the invoice.

3. Affiliate business address #

Include the registered or appropriate business address of the entity issuing the invoice.

Important: The details on the invoice MUST match the client profile details in your AEserver portal.

4. Affiliate Tax Registration Number — TRN #

If you are issuing a UAE VAT tax invoice as a VAT Registrant, your Tax Registration Number (TRN) must be displayed.

Do not invent a TRN and do not charge UAE VAT if you are not legally registered or entitled to charge it.

The UAE’s mandatory VAT-registration threshold for a UAE business is currently AED 375,000 of taxable supplies/imports, while voluntary registration is available subject to the applicable AED 187,500 threshold rules.

The invoice must correctly identify the recipient of the affiliate/referral service.

Use the exact:

  • AEserver legal entity name;
  • billing/business address; and
  • AEserver TRN

provided by AEserver Finance for affiliate invoicing.

Do not guess the recipient’s legal or tax information.

The information on your invoice should match the billing information provided by AEserver.

6. A unique sequential invoice number #

Every tax invoice should have its own unique invoice number within your company’s accounting records.

Examples could follow a structure such as:

INV-2026-00125

or:

AFF-2026-0088

Your own accounting system may use a different sequence.

The important point is that the invoice should have a proper identifiable and sequential invoice reference.

7. Invoice issue date #

Clearly show the date on which the tax invoice is issued.

For example:

Tax Invoice Date: 11 August 2026

8. Date of supply, where applicable #

Where the date of supply differs from the invoice issue date, the appropriate supply date should also be identified.

UAE VAT legislation also imposes rules concerning the timing of issuing tax invoices, so affiliates should use their accounting/tax records to determine the appropriate tax date.

9. Clear description of the affiliate service #

Do not simply write:

Payment

or:

Commission

Use a meaningful description that explains the underlying service.

For example:

AEserver affiliate marketing and referral services –
matured affiliate commission for withdrawal request #XXXX

You can also identify the relevant commission period where appropriate.

10. Quantity/unit information and amount #

For an affiliate marketing service, a line item could be presented as:

DescriptionQtyUnit Price AEDVAT RateVAT AEDTotal AED
Affiliate marketing/referral services – Withdrawal #XXXX1[Amount][Applicable Rate][VAT][Total]

The UAE tax-invoice rules require the applicable price, tax rate and amounts to be appropriately disclosed, with required monetary figures expressed in AED.

11. Discount, if applicable #

Where a discount applies to the supply, the applicable discount should be shown.

If no discount applies, there is no need to create one simply for the invoice.

12. Amount before VAT #

Clearly identify the value of the affiliate service before VAT, where VAT applies.

For example:

Subtotal excluding VAT: AED X,XXX.XX

13. VAT rate #

Where the affiliate is VAT registered and the particular supply is subject to standard-rated UAE VAT, the current standard VAT rate is 5%.

The affiliate is responsible for determining the correct VAT treatment.

Do not add 5% VAT merely because the payment is being made by a UAE company.

14. VAT amount in AED #

The amount of UAE VAT charged must be clearly identified.

For example:

VAT @ 5%: AED XX.XX

where 5% is in fact the correct VAT treatment.

15. Total invoice amount in AED #

The invoice should clearly show the final total.

For example:

Total including VAT: AED X,XXX.XX

The UAE Executive Regulation requires the gross amount payable and the tax amount to be expressed in AED.

Additional Information AEserver Recommends Including #

In addition to the mandatory tax-invoice information, including the following helps AEserver Finance identify and process the affiliate withdrawal more efficiently:

  • AEserver affiliate/client ID;
  • withdrawal request/reference number;
  • commission period, where relevant;
  • contact person’s name;
  • contact email;
  • business bank account name;
  • bank name;
  • UAE IBAN;
  • SWIFT/BIC where required; and
  • a clear payment reference.

The beneficiary name should correspond with the business entity issuing the invoice.

If Your UAE Company Is Not VAT Registered #

A business that is not VAT registered should not falsely state a VAT TRN or charge VAT as though it were VAT registered.

The UAE VAT Law requires a Registrant making a taxable supply to issue the relevant tax invoice, and persons receiving an amount represented as tax can have obligations in relation to that amount even where it was improperly charged. (Assets U)

Because AEserver’s UAE bank-transfer affiliate payout route requires a valid tax invoice under the policy described in this guide, an affiliate that cannot provide the required compliant tax invoice should use the available PayPal payout method, unless otherwise advised by AEserver Finance.

Do Not Add VAT Without Checking Your VAT Status #

This is a common affiliate invoicing mistake.

Being:

  • located in the UAE;
  • incorporated in the UAE; or
  • receiving money from AEserver

does not by itself mean you should automatically add VAT to an invoice.

VAT treatment depends on the affiliate’s tax status and the applicable VAT rules.

If you are uncertain about your VAT status, consult your accountant, registered tax agent or the UAE Federal Tax Authority.

AEserver cannot determine an affiliate’s individual tax obligations on the affiliate’s behalf.

Electronic PDF Tax Invoices #

A tax invoice does not necessarily have to be printed and physically delivered.

UAE legislation recognises tax invoices in written and electronic form.

Accordingly, a properly generated electronic invoice/PDF may be used, subject to the applicable legal and AEserver documentation requirements.

The UAE is also currently implementing its wider Electronic Invoicing System for B2B and B2G transactions in phases. The pilot began on 1 July 2026, with mandatory implementation scheduled in stages beginning in 2027 depending on the business’s revenue and applicable scope. Affiliates that become subject to the eInvoicing regime must comply with the rules applicable to their own business.

Common Reasons an Affiliate Withdrawal May Not Be Ready #

Before contacting AEserver Support about an unpaid affiliate commission, check the following.

The commission is still pending #

A commission must complete the 90-day maturation period before becoming available.

The referred service is no longer active #

AEserver only pays the commission after the maturation period if the applicable referred account/service remains active.

The purchase was a domain name #

Domain names are not commissionable under the standard AEserver Affiliate Program.

The customer purchased another non-eligible product #

Only the specifically listed eligible service categories qualify.

Your available balance is below the withdrawal threshold #

Check the message underneath the Request Withdrawal button in your affiliate dashboard.

The current minimum amount is displayed there.

You are an individual requesting bank transfer #

Bank transfer is restricted to qualifying UAE-based legal/business entities able to provide the required tax invoice.

Individuals should request payout using PayPal.

The UAE business invoice is incomplete #

Typical problems include:

  • no “Tax Invoice” heading;
  • missing legal company name;
  • missing address;
  • missing TRN;
  • missing invoice number;
  • missing invoice date;
  • incorrect AEserver recipient information;
  • unclear description;
  • incorrect invoice amount;
  • VAT not separately identified where applicable;
  • totals not properly shown in AED; or
  • invoice details that do not correspond with the entity requesting payment.

VAT has been charged incorrectly #

Do not add VAT unless your business is legally entitled and required to charge it.
