Fair Usage Policy for Shared Hosting #
AEserver enforces a fair usage policy on all shared Linux hosting packages to maintain a stable, high-performance environment for every customer. Any customer found abusing resources will receive a warning on the first violation; further infractions may result in immediate action, suspension, or termination.
Prohibited Content & Large Uploads #
⚠ Not Permitted
File sharing or storage of data unrelated to website functionality — including backups, large media archives, or files such as .zip, .iso, .dmg, or .rar.
- Dubai clusters: Individual file storage is limited to 1 GB.
- Offshore clusters: Individual file storage is limited to 5 GB.
Email Storage & Sending Limits #
- Accounts exceeding email storage limits are flagged and must reduce usage within 48 hours.
- Shared hosting email services are designed for standard business communication — not for large-scale newsletter campaigns or bulk mailing. Over-usage will result in restrictive daily and monthly sending limits in line with our zero-spam policy.
Reseller Account Caps #
Offshore and Dubai reseller packages limit the number of cPanel accounts that can be created:
