Add a UAE VAT TRN number to my account

As of January 1, 2018, the United Arab Emirates has imposed a Value Added Tax (VAT) on all goods and services. AEserver is a registered VAT payer in the UAE according to the local regulations and issues a tax invoice for all purchases made via our website. AEserver first issues a pro-forma invoice which is converted into a tax invoice as soon as the payment is applied to the invoice. As a client, you can view and download all your invoices from the billing section of the client area.

What is VAT?

• Value-Added Tax or VAT is a tax on the consumption or use of goods and services levied at the point of sale. VAT is a form of indirect tax and is used in more than 180 countries around the world.

In accordance with the laws and regulations of the FTA (Federal Tax Authority), all invoices that are generated from January 1, 2018 will be liable to a 5% VAT fee.

⭕ All prices listed on our website are UAE VAT exclusive and are billed as per the country where the service is deemed to be used which will reflect automatically on the checkout form on the website. If your billing address is outside of the UAE, you will not be charged VAT and you are responsible to meet your own tax obligations. We are in no position to provide tax advice, please consult your tax advisors in your jurisdiction.

✅ To add your VAT TRN number on your account to make it appear on your new invoices, please follow the steps shown below:

1. Login to your client area – go to our website at aeserver.com and click my account in the top right corner
2. Click your profile name in the top right corner and select Account Details
3. Scroll down to add UAE VAT (TRN)
4. Click Save

You will find AEserver’s VAT details on all valid and paid TAX invoices in your account section – please note that the invoice in your client area will always supersede any other invoice including any temporary pro-forma invoices or quotes sent to your email prior to making a payment.
