By default, the company name and the country fields are locked from editing in the client area. This is done in order to preserve the account ownership to the original legal entity that ordered a particular service for various reasons, such as accounting (VAT/TAX) and also for security (to prevent account ownership transfers without the knowledge of the owners of the company).
If you need to change the company name and the country in your client profile, this request falls under setting up a brand new account at AEserver using the new details and then requesting to transfer any of the existing subscriptions (such as domains, hosting, etc) from the old account to the new one.
Let’s imagine this scenario:
Company A FZE (Account A) in UAE has 3 domains and 1 hosting account inside it’s account and at a later stage has been renamed or acquired by Company B FZC (Account B) and now wishes to transfer the full ownership of all the active services to the new account. In this case, all existing invoices in account A will stay intact while a request will be raised to move (internal transfer) of all the services to account B along with all the supporting documents:

All requests must be submitted with the complete documentation via the support ticket system (by an authenticated user) in order to be reviewed and to avoid being rejected.
